Admission Process for all Programmes

 

OVERVIEW:

ETCES College for Advanced Studies is an educational institution functioning under Ernad Taluk Co-operative Educational Society Limited No.M-311. It is the first Educational Institution functioning in the Co-operative sector in Malappuram district since 1983. Over the last 4 decades, the college has contributed immensely to the field of higher learning by conducting several UG and PG programs in distance mode.

ETCES College for Advanced Studies has become an affiliated college of Calicut University since 2023 and has taken a big leap in the field of higher education by providing high-quality courses to the students.

ETCES College for Advanced Studies facilitates the admission process of prospective Students by offering to them required counseling and guidance to help them select the right course.

All students seeking admissions to UG courses are required to register online with the university of Calicut and obtain CAP identity Number. Admissions to 50% of seats are made based on the list recommended by the University of Calicut under CAP. 50 % of seats come under Management Quota and is filled by the Management. Separate applications in the prescribed form obtained from the college office should be submitted to secure admission under this quota.

At the time of interview for admission the applicant should report before the Principal along with parent or guardian with the following documents.

  • Qualifying Certificates
  • T.C
  • Conduct Certificate
  • SSLC, +2 Certificates
  • 4 Copies of Passport size photo
  • Community certificate (In case of SC,ST,OBC etc)
  • Conduct Certificate
