EK Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Club
In pursuance of the directives of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GoI), the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) campaign was introduced in Higher Education Institutions. EBSB programme aims to enhance interaction & promote mutual understanding between people of different states/UTs through the concept of state/UT pairing. Every State and UT in the country would be paired with another State/UT for a time period, during which they would carry out a structured engagement with one another in the spheres of language, literature, cuisine, festivals, cultural events, tourism etc. The Kerala state has been paired with Himachal Pradesh for the mutual exchange of culture, art, literature, sports, language, etc.
As one of the RUSA funded institution, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, also launched the EBSB programme in the college with the establishment of EBSB club on 9th January 2020 with 26 members.
